На производстве столкнулся с интересной задачей и хотел бы обсудить ее с вами. Мы занимаемся модернизацией экструзионной линии, и ключевым этапом является внедрение преобразователей частоты для управления скоростью вращения шнека.
В целом, все идет по плану: выбрали ПЧ, подходящий по мощности и функционалу, настроили основные параметры, подключили двигатель. Изначально все работает идеально: плавно разгоняется, держит заданную скорость. Но спустя некоторое время работы (примерно несколько часов) начинают проявляться периодические сбои. Шнек начинает дергаться, скорость "плавает", и на ПЧ выскакивает ошибка по перенапряжению в звене постоянного тока (DC-link overvoltage).
Перепроверил все подключения, сопротивление изоляции двигателя в норме, параметры сети соответствуют норме, тормозной резистор подключен и функционирует (проверял осциллографом). Замена ПЧ на другой, точно такой же модели, результата не дала – проблема повторяется.
Кто сталкивался с подобной проблемой? Какие еще параметры стоит проверить или подкрутить в настройках ПЧ? Может быть, нужно использовать сетевые фильтры или дроссели для подавления гармоник? Буду признателен за любые советы и наводки! Использую Частотный преобразователь 22 кВт.
